Turtlecreek Township Fire Station and Township Administrative Offices

Turtlecreek Township Fire Station and Township Administrative Offices

Our commercial contractors at Bunnell Hill Construction completed a 30,647 SF Fire and Administrative Office for Turtlecreek Township on a 7-acre piece of land. The construction was completed within an 8-month time frame. This most recent of our public commercial construction projects had a lot of support from the community, as their fire department had needed upgraded for quite some time. This new commercial facility and offices will expand the fire department’s capabilities to keep their growing communities safe.

Schueler Group’s Commitment to Local Growth

Our vertically-integrated teams at each of our divisions are committed to helping businesses and communities in our region to grow and thrive. Just as a growing business needs more space, so, too, do our ever-expanding cities and towns. Our area has a long history, which means older, smaller buildings that can’t quite keep up with the growth of commerce and population in our region. Our commercial contractors and developers at Bunnell Hill’s land development and commercial construction divisions often complete public projects for area localities. You can take a look at some of our completed public construction projects here.

Browsing for Commercial Real Estate for Sale near Cincinnati?

If you’re searching the market for available commercial properties in the area, you’re likely planning on investing a pretty large amount of money on the transaction. That’s why you should have several things in mind when perusing commercial land or buildings for sale. If you’re going to construct, know your plans and consult a general contractor for quotes on your project before you buy. If you need land development services, have that contractor also analyze the capital you’d need for things like terraforming and running utility lines. If it’s an existing building in a business park, consider the location and the businesses surrounding you. These tips should make your search for the right property a little simpler and better organized.
