Chris Breda Joins The Schueler Group of Companies as Vice President of Business Development for Bunnell Construction

April 16, 2014 – LEBANON, OH – Kevin Scott, president of Bunnell Hill Construction Co., Inc., has announced that Christopher (Chris) Breda has accepted the position of Vice President of Business Development.

Chris’ primary role is to lead the business development efforts that will continue the growth of the Construction division by utilizing his 20+ years experience in real estate consultation, planning, design, development and construction.

Chris previously operated CEBRES, a real estate consulting firm, and has held various leadership positions in design, development and real estate companies such as Great Traditions, Property Advisors, and Eagle Realty.

Chris is a Cincinnati native and attended the University of Cincinnati where he earned his Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Business Administration degrees.

“We are excited to have Chris join our Bunnell Hill team. He brings considerable experience and knowledge to the organization, and will play a key role as we work to continue our growth,” stated Scott.
