Sean Brooks joins Henkle Schueler/CORFAC Commercial Sales Team

May 28, 2014 LEBANON, OH – Joe Kramer, Henkle Schueler Executive Vice President, announced that Sean Brooks has joined the commercial real estate sales team.

Brooks received his BS and MBA degrees from the College of Mount St. Joseph where he was a three-sport athlete and active in the college’s community events.

Sean’s graduate thesis was based upon designing, building, opening and operating the Loveland Big Mike’s Gas n Go convenience store. He was a store employee for a year while attending school and writing his thesis. It’s only natural that he ended up on our expert team of commercial real estate associates, agents and brokers.

Henkle Schueler & Associates, our in-house commercial real estate company, has over 80 years of experience in land syndication, transactions, financing, market analysis, and every other aspect of the deep-dive field of corporate real estate financing, investing and brokering. Sean’s role with Henkle Schueler is to market land, industrial and office properties throughout Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky.

“Sean brings a lot of talent and the competitive spirit needed to succeed in the commercial real estate market. We look forward to having him being an important part of our team for a long time to come,” said Joe Kramer.
