December 17, 2014 – LEBANON, OH – Kevin Scott, president of Bunnell Hill Construction Co., Inc. (BHC), a division of the Schueler Group of Companies, announced company sales reflect a 100 percent increase versus 2013.
Scott stated, “We contribute this to a market shift, consumer confidence has increased, and we are thankful for our repeat customers, plus we have created new national and international relationships. Our team has worked very hard, and we are certainly pleased with this year’s results. It has been nearly a decade since we have experienced these sales figures.”
This year BHC continues to work with the Tractor Supply Company by building or remodeling facilities in the Pennsylvania, Maryland and Ohio markets. The company has expanded the FedEx Freight portfolio with a project under construction in Chicago Heights, IL. They proudly added the Dr Pepper Snapple Group to the list of nationally recognized customers with the completion of a new facility for them in Cincinnati; and will soon complete the construction of a new facility for INX International Ink Company in Lebanon, OH.
BHC recently completed the construction of a new fire station for Deerfield Township, OH, and completed the addition to an existing building for Four Paws Veterinary Clinic.
The company is expanding an existing building for ProLift in West Chester; building an expansion for Fresh Sausage Specialists in Harrison; a remodel project for Bill DeLord’s auto dealership in Lebanon; and completing an expansion for Tomak Precision.
“BHC’s success is built on our team’s ability to deliver a quality product that is designed and built to the customer’s budget and schedule. We acknowledge the importance of relationships and build each building as if it is for our own portfolio,” states Scott.
“Our customers are able to work with our team on a single-point of contact from pre-construction through the construction and warranty period. We have recently added key employees and promoted from within. We are excited about our growth opportunities, and appreciate the trust our customers place in Bunnell Hill Construction,” continues Scott.
Bunnell Hill Construction, a division of The Schueler Group of Companies, was founded in 1994 to design and build projects for a variety of industrial and commercial customers.
