June 17, 2015 – LEBANON, OH – Kevin Scott, President of Schueler Group Construction, announced the promotion of Josh Nimeskern and Russ Phillips to Project Managers for the company. Nimeskern and Phillips will oversee our commercial contractors in the design/build stage of all of SG’s ventures in commercial and industrial construction. Their expertise and ambition will continue our company’s growth trajectory, as well as facilitate the growth of local businesses and economies in our region.
Josh Nimeskern is a Perfect Example of the Schueler Group Philosophy of Growth
Nimeskern has six years of experience in the commercial construction business, and four years with the company. Josh began his career with Schueler Group Construction (formerly Bunnell Hill) as a Co-op student from the University of Cincinnati in 2008. He accepted a full-time position as a Project Superintendent in 2010.
Josh has managed multi-million dollar commercial construction projects such as:
- New FedEx Ground facility, Lebanon, OH; 180,000 SF, $8M
- Western States Machine Tool plant, Fairfield, OH; 76,000 SF, $5.6M
- Pepper/Snapple Group distribution center, Cincinnati, OH; 63,000 SF, $3.6 M
- ProLift Toyota, West Chester, OH, 58,000 SF, $2.8M

Phillips’ Depth of Experience adds to Our Team’s Ability to Expand SG’s Reach
Russ Phillips has been in the construction business for 30+ years. He joined the company in 2013. His previous experience includes church projects and nonprofit organizations. Russ managed a $9.5M addition and remodel for the Lebanon, OH Countryside YMCA.
Russ has worked on the Chicago Heights, IL FedEx project ($1.4M), and currently managing construction of a new service building for Deerfield Township, $3.9M; and finishes on the Deerfield Township Fire Station, ($5.2M).
“Russ is a seasoned professional who brings strong leadership and skills to our construction business,” stated Scott.
