March 10, 2016 – LEBANON, OH – Schueler Group (SG) Chairman and CEO, Mike Schueler, has announced that Jeff Eichhorn has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Eichhorn will supervise the commercial real estate sales division at Henkle Schueler & Associates/CORFAC International and partner with the Schueler Group construction and development teams.

Eichhorn joined the Schueler Group in 2006 and has been recognized for his superior performance in commercial real estate sales, including land assemblage.  He has been honored multiple times by the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors as a Commercial Top Producers Club member. In 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2015 his sales transactions averaged more than $7 million per year.

In his new role, Eichhorn’s responsibilities include overseeing the commercial real estate team, growing new business, and working with local governments and the SG team to develop new projects in the tristate area. Jeff’s long-standing presence in the commercial real estate markets of Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky makes him the perfect fit for this position; aiding in our company expansion and facilitating the growth of our clients’ businesses as well. He will work closely with the land development professionals at Bunnell Hill Development, as well as our commercial contractors at Bunnell Hill Construction. Jeff will serve as a liaison and point of contact for streamlining our comprehensive development services.

Prior to joining SG, Eichhorn worked in local and state government which provided a strong background that helps successfully close sales. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in political science. Eichhorn is a licensed commercial real estate agent and broker in the state of Ohio and a licensed commercial real estate agent in the state of Kentucky. He, his wife, Jill, and their two children reside in Delhi Township. Congratulations, Jeff!
