June 1, 2016 – LEBANON, OH – Henkle Schueler Realtors, a local Lebanon, OH business has re-located its office to a downtown residence that was built in 1880.
The “new” office space is at 30 W. Main Street beside the historic Golden Lamb Inn and Restaurant. The building was originally a residence for early Ohioans. It has also been an art gallery, bridal shop, a golf specialty shop, and most recently the Warren County Republican headquarters.
Daryl Dunn, Vice President of Residential Sales, states the renovated office space has a comfortable “homey” feel. It’s very accessible to potential home buyers and sellers with plenty of off-street parking.
The company has modified their office space since the current agent and buyer/seller communication is primarily conducted by electronic media sources. The new office has six work stations, a reception area, kitchenette, manager’s office and conference room.
The real estate firm has served Warren County since 1935 when George Henkle opened his farm brokerage company. Mike Schueler joined Mr. Henkle in 1974 and was named president in 1976. Daryl Dunn joined the company in 2011.
