The Schueler Group, one of the fastest-growing local companies, is bolstering its executive ranks. The Lebanon-based real estate firm has named three new executives.
They are Carter Varn as chief information officer, Schueler Group; Kurt Titgemeyer as vice president of construction services for Bunnell Hill Construction; and Jonathon Zilch as development associate for Bunnell Hill Development.
The new positions are needed to handled growing business needs, it said in a release.
The Schueler Group is comprised of Henkle Schueler & Associates, Bunnell Hill Development and Bunnell Hill
Construction Services.
The company posted revenue of $76.5 million last year, and has seen annual growth of 9 percent over the past four years, according to DBJ research.
The company is currently handling a bevy of projects including the new 50,000-square-foot LCNB Corp. operations center building in downtown Lebanon.
Other projects underway include:
- Mason’s Everybody’s Farm and the new Loveland Pointe retail and commercial project;
- Dr. Pepper/Snapple Group facility in Beckley, W.Va; and
- Tractor Supply Company stores in Oneida, Tenn. and Bel Air, Md.
