Warren County Community Services Completed Meals on Wheels Commissary

Schueler Group recently completed the renovations of a 13,000 SF commissary and office for the Warren County Community Services Meals on Wheels program. Rob Blundred, one of our commercial real estate agents at Henkle Schueler and Associates, helped WCCS secure the location for the new distribution and office space. Our developers and commercial contractors at Bunnell Hill Construction completed the construction of the new space.

Expanding to Meet the Growing Needs of our Area’s Elderly

With an average of 1500 people a day relying on their services, Warren County has one of the busiest Meals on Wheels program of anywhere in Ohio. They previously resided in a 100-year-old building. Community Services Director, Eugene Rose, expressed that the organization had outgrown its space quite some time ago. This new commercial facility constructed by BHC will make it easier for the people who serve the elderly in our local communities to meet the ever-growing need for the Meals on Wheels service.
