Outdoor Retailer Enters Greater Cincinnati Market

Outdoor Retailer Enters Greater Cincinnati Market

Cincinnati Business Courier, Deal of the Week

One of Schueler Group’s local focuses is Lebanon, OH; the town is an historic staple of Southwest Ohio and the surrounding areas. Existing available retail space for lease or sale, Lebanon’s centuries-long history, as well as the town’s great potential for growth make Lebanon a perfect place to steer companies looking to enter the Cincinnati area market. Our own Rob Blundred, one of our expert commercial real estate brokers at Henkle Schueler & Associates, was the listing agent for this $2.3 million deal with Vance Outdoors, an outdoor recreation and sporting goods retailer based out of Columbus, OH. Because Lebanon sits between Cincinnati and Dayton, it’s the perfect location for Vance Outdoors to test the waters in Southwest Ohio. Vance Outdoors’ new retail space will bring jobs and commerce to Lebanon as well as add to the economic ties between the Greater Cincinnati and Greater Dayton Metropolitan Areas. We are excited to see what’s next for Vance Outdoors and what’s next for Lebanon, OH.

Finding the right commercial property for sale is a challenge

When you’re looking for a business site to buy, you need to consider a host of different variables, and weigh them against each other for importance when making a purchasing decision. There’s the major consideration of location, or course – what’s the vehicle traffic past the site; what amenities are nearby, what are the demographics? There are issues of the site’s current state – does it have an existing building, and if so, how close is it to what your business needs? What is the local tax environment, and are there incentives available from local government? These questions and many more will play a role in choosing to buy a commercial property, and a good commercial real estate agent should know the answers to all of them.
