Schueler Group has created a new 77-acre farmland syndication in Monroe, Ohio. The land sits behind the new Bed Bath and Beyond distribution center, Kroger warehouse and Kohl’s distribution center.
The commercial acreage that will be for sale is conveniently located less than one mile from Ohio Rt. 63 and just over one mile from Ohio Rt. 4. The syndication will also provide easy interstate access, with a location less than four miles from I-75. This easy and quick highway and state route access allows the site to be marketed as land for commercial development to industrial and distribution centers.
Monroe is a growing and developing area with new industrial spec buildings, retail centers and residential developments throughout the community. An integral piece in the ever-expanding CRE markets along the Cincinnati-Dayton corridor, the goal of this new land syndication is to bring in new and growing businesses, which in turn will add jobs and money to the local economy.
