Bunnell Hill Construction Gets Ready to Kick Off Several New Projects

LCNB Otterbein Office

The Bunnell Hill Construction team is preparing to kick off several new commercial construction projects in Southwest Ohio.  BHC is getting ready to break ground on the PetSuites Mason project, a LCNB Satellite office and an Industrial Spec Building project in Harrison, Ohio.

The PetSuites Mason project will consist of a 10,900 SF retail service building with indoor and outdoor play areas for dogs. The facility will offer doggy daycare as well as grooming services with a small retail area near the entrance of the building. The project will be built on a 1.55-acre lot next to the Tru Hilton Hotel in Mason, OH.

BHC will also be starting the construction of an LCNB satellite location in the Otterbein/Union Village area on State Route 741 and State Route 63. Permit submittals have been made, with construction to follow soon.

Harrison Industrial Spec Building

The construction team is also preparing to kick off a 50,000 SF Industrial Spec Building at the Harrison Commerce Center. The building will go on an approximately 4-acre lot in the commerce center and will be able to house one tenant or be divided for two tenants. Permits have been submitted and we anticipate construction commencing in the coming months.

We are lucky to have BHC as our in-house commercial construction company, and look forward to working with them on a busy and productive year. The Schueler Group of Companies has been working for decades to expand industry and commerce along the Cincinnati-Dayton corridor and its surrounding areas, even expanding our reach into commercial real estate in Northern Kentucky. So as 2021 unfolds and our local communities slowly return to a “new” normal, we’ll continue to provide our comprehensive commercial real estate services to businesses, developers and public entities alike who are looking to move past the pandemic and get back to growing.
