Our tireless in-house commercial construction company, Bunnell Hill Construction, is beginning construction on multiple industrial real estate projects for Pacific Manufacturing of Ohio. These new commercial facilities will add about 122,000 square feet of space to their operations in Fairfield.
Pacific Manufacturing will build a more than 64,600-square-foot expansion to its existing building at 8955 Seward Road. The expansion will be the new home of Pacific’s shipping and receiving department that will make room for new welding lines in their existing shipping area.
They will also build a 57,750-square-foot building at 3820 Port Union Road. This facility will be exclusively for product storage from the three other Pacific facilities along Seward Road.
Pacific Manufacturing Ohio Inc., is an automotive parts manufacturer headquartered in Fairfield. Schueler Group is always excited to see a local business expand to several locations; helping businesses grow is what we do. These commercial construction projects, when completed, will add jobs and manufacturing to the Fairfield area, strengthening local economies and expanding Pacific Manufacturing Ohio’s production and shipping capacities.
BHC has completed the first phase of the projects and will now move on to site work, foundations and footings for the expansion of PMO’s current facility. The construction of the expansion and new building are expected to be completed by July of 2022.
