Fairfield Commerce Center Land Sale to Pacific Manufacturing of Ohio

Fairfield Commerce Center Land Sale to Pacific Manufacturing of Ohio

The Fairfield Commerce Center is growing! Our commercial real estate agents at Henkle Schueler have completed the sale of the 6.6 acre lot in the Fairfield Commerce Center.

Henkle Schueler commercial agent, Joe Kramer, represented the syndication investors in the sale to Pacific Manufacturing of Ohio.

Pacific Manufacturing is planning to build a 57,750-square-foot building on the lot. This facility will be exclusively for product storage from the three other Pacific facilities along Seward Road. Bunnell Hill Construction, our in-house commercial construction company, has begun work on this facility, which will be complete by July 2022.

This new sale, land development and commercial construction project for Pacific Manufacturing of Ohio is another great example of how Schueler Group helps clients’ business growth stage from inception to completion.

Congratulations to Joe Kramer and the Henkle Schueler team. And for any other businesses looking to expand into the area, Fairfield Commerce Center has three lots and 22 acres of commercial land remaining.

Why Businesses Looking to Expand into New Markets Should Consider Southwest Ohio

Entering a new economic space is a tricky thing to do successfully. There are many steps you can take during research and planning to minimize risks to your business, but at the end of the day, what’s going to happen in any given market is a gamble. Location can set your business up for long-term success, or it can drain all your resources. The Cincinnati-Dayton region of Southwest Ohio, as well as Northern Kentucky, is a safe place for companies looking to grow into a new market. An area that has been in a growth stage for over a century, the expansion of the I-75 corridor in this region is projected to continue to grow for the foreseeable future.
