Jeff has been active in commercial real estate with the Schueler Group of Companies for nearly a decade. His previous 13 years in local and state government provides a unique background that helps him successfully complete sales. He’s been recognized for superior sales in the Cincinnati-Dayton commercial real estate market several times, and he’s also been featured in the Cincinnati Business Courier. Jeff’s niche background makes him second-to-none for businesses looking to expand or establish themselves in the regional marketplace.
Joe understands the financial side of industrial and commercial real estate better than anyone. As our Senior Sales Associate, he focuses on developing complex projects involving large land transactions, public infrastructure funding, and attractive incentive programs that work for all involved, including landowners, government officials, and corporate clients.
Brad has spent the majority of his career within The Schueler Group of Companies, and joined our commercial real estate division in 2011. Brad is well known and highly respected throughout the industry, serving as president of the Ohio Board of Realtors and trustee of the Ohio Association of Realtors. His long career in the region and active participation in state associations make him an invaluable player in our expert team of commercial real estate agents and brokers.
Jen Clonch represents Henkle Schueler & Associates in Northern Ohio. Jen previously worked with us as a sales agent from 2010 – 2013 before transferring to Northern Ohio with her family where she continues her commercial real estate career. Her presence in the Northern Ohio industrial and commercial real estate marketplaces allows us to stay poised for expanding our portfolio as well as our reach in the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic.
Tom is a “hands on” manager with 20+ years of senior leadership experience in sales, marketing, and operational leadership with AT&T, Time Warner and Qwest. His unique background in these fields sets him apart in the field of commercial real estate, as it allows him to come at obstacles and challenges from a different point of view. Tom’s niche knowledge and skill set has made him a linchpin in our seamless service and single point-of-contact approach to commercial real estate ventures.
Mike Lovell has joined Henkle Schueler as a commercial sales agent. Prior to joining Henkle Schueler, Mike was a Lebanon Fire Fighter/EMT for seven years. He attended Mount Saint Joseph University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies. Mike played on the MSJ Football team where he was captain of the team two of his four years. He was named the Male Athlete of the Decade in 2009. Mike lives in Lebanon with his wife and two children.
Mark brings a background of client development and business management to the team with companies including Hilton and Intercontinental Hotels. Mark was the recipient of the Dayton Business Journal 40 under 40 Award in 2001.
In 2019 Mark was honored by the Dayton Business Journal as part of the their Who's Who in Real Estate edition, he was also recognized by the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS as a Sales Leadership recipient for his 2019 sales performance! Over the past year Mark has completed deals in West Carrollton, Brookville, Troy, and Downtown Dayton, working with everyone from start-up businesses to Fortune 500 companies. As one of our most prolific commercial real estate agents, Mark has the drive and the expertise to help any size business with a company expansion.
Jeff joins the Schueler Group as a Commercial Sales Associate after a 38-year career in the Hospitality Industry. He served as General Manager of full-service Crowne Plaza and Marriott hotels plus development and startup of upscale casual dining operations. His strengths include Operational, Capital Project Development and Implementation, Facility Management and Sales & Marketing. Jeff’s broad base of business knowledge allows him to view commercial real estate opportunities and challenges from a different perspective. Focusing on his client’s real estate needs is of the utmost importance and Jeff looks forward to the opportunity to build those long-term relationships.
