Danielle began her real estate career in the residential sector and is now expanding into commercial real estate with Henkle Schueler and Associates. She also serves as the company’s administrative assistant, bringing strong organizational and operational skills to the team. In 2019, she co-founded and continues to help manage a successful chiropractic office, giving her valuable experience in business ownership. A Cincinnati-area resident for over 20 years, Danielle has a deep understanding of the local market.
Chandler will be involved in all aspects of commercial real estate sales and property management.
Chandler joins Henkle Schueler & Associates after working as a residential agent with Keller Williams and administrative role with the Schueler Group. She recently completed a lease and sale of 144 S. Main Street in Waynesville – a multi-tenant retail – restaurant – and office property in Waynesville, OH.
Chandler will focus on commercial property management and land sales of key parcels in Monroe and Batavia. Henkle Schueler manages nearly 900,000 square feet of commercial property in Southwestern Ohio and approximately 3000 acres of land in southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky.
