Completed Public projects

WE ARE ONE TEAM TO BUILD YOUR FUTURE.
As the Cincinnati area’s foremost and longest-established full service commercial real estate company, we aren’t just invested in helping businesses to grow; we use our close relationships with local governments to complete public projects as well. Helping our region to grow and thrive is a focus of our organization. Comprehensive commercial real estate and construction isn’t just about local industry, it’s also about local infrastructure. Take a look at some of our public projects below.

Wyoming High School Athletic
Champion Center: Cincinnati, Ohio

Bunnell Hill Construction recently completed the construction on the new Athletic Champion Center at Wyoming High School. The 22,660 SF center features a new indoor synthetic turf field, weight room, and mezzanine area used for team meetings and other recreational activities. This facility is going to allow WHS’s over 350 student athletes to train year-round. The successful completion demonstrates expertise in real estate development for educational institutions. This state-of-the-art facility not only helps the student body but also reflects the growing need for athletic centers. We’re proud to contribute to the growth and advancement of the local community’s needs and real estate.

Wayne Twp. Fire Department, Station 91: Waynesville, Ohio

BHC was selected as the Construction Manager for a new 17,600 SF fire station and administrative office for Station 91 in Wayne Township. A necessary update that required developing new land for the township. The fire station features four truck bays, each capable of holding two pieces of equipment, 6 bunk rooms, office space, and mezzanine platforms for training. Waynesville’s fire department has been expanding its capacity and reach for the last 70+ years in order to keep up with the demand of the community’s ever-growing population, and we were honored to be included in that legacy.

Public Projects for Deerfield Township: Loveland, Ohio

Bunnell Hill Construction was selected as the Design-Builder for a new 19,000 SF facility for Deerfield Township Fire Station #57 in 2014. We demolished the old fire house on this 2-acre site to make way for a newly constructed 24,000 SF administration and vehicle storage facility and a separate 8,000 SF fleet maintenance building. Totaling 32,000 SF, the project construction took place over a 10-month period.

After construction was completed on the Deerfield Township Fire Station project (below), BHC was selected again to handle designing and building the new Deerfield Township Public Works Facility, also located in Loveland. Corporate conglomerates, small businesses and local governments alike often come back to Schueler Group more than once, because they know we’re invested in local growth, in the business sector, public sector and private sector alike.

Turtlecreek Township Fire Department

Bunnell Hill Construction completed a 30,647 SF fire and administrative office for Turtlecreek Township on a 7-acre piece of developable commercial land. The construction was completed within an 8-month time frame. A great turnover and example for commercial construction and development. Seeing this township’s growth has been wonderful in both their private and public developments.

Public Projects for Goshen Township: Goshen, Ohio

Bunnell Hill Construction completed a 20,000 SF complex to house the Fire Department, Police Station and Administrative Offices for Goshen Township on a 3-acre piece of land. The construction was completed within a 6-month time frame, wrapping up in the summer of 2005. A great example of why developing and building to suit your exact needs works so well. The turnover time for this growth was quick and the township has the exact building they needed.

Hamilton Twp. Police Department: Hamilton Township, Ohio

BHC also completed a 24,400 SF Police Facility and Administrative Office for Hamilton Township in 2005. The space is located on a newly developed 5-acre piece of land, and the construction was completed within a 6-month time frame, ending around the same time as our public project for Goshen Twp.
