Bunnell Hill Construction managed the first LEED Gold NC office building in Ohio that was certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. We recently completed a zero energy project for Melink’s second headquarters, which, located in Milford, OH outside of Cincinnati, is one of the greenest buildings in the world. Looking for open acreage for sale?

There are many good reasons for buying “raw” or undeveloped land. You can buy it and just hold onto it, knowing that its value is, historically speaking, more likely to go up than down over time.
