We offer a wide range of expertise and utilize a collaborative approach throughout the design/build process. We ensure the success of our projects by building solid relationships with subcontractors through open communication and a focus on safety, quality, budget and schedule.

Construction Management


Our construction management team utilizes time-tested methods to meet each client’s requirements efficiently and cost-effectively. When we serve as construction manager, we establish a master schedule of design and construction responsibilities that includes completion dates and deadlines necessary to meet our client’s timeline. Because Bunnell Hill Construction provides both commercial construction management and commercial contractor services, we are able to keep consistency throughout the entire development process: from initial design to groundbreaking to completion of our clients’ projects.

Sustainable Construction edit

Bunnell Hill Construction managed the first LEED Gold NC office building in Ohio that was certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. While we are focused on the Midwest, we have developed multi-state expertise in 13 states ranging from Maryland to Missouri to Wisconsin to Texas. We recently completed a zero energy project for Melink’s second headquarters, which, located in Milford, OH outside of Cincinnati, is one of the greenest buildings in the world. There are many good reasons for buying “raw” or undeveloped land. You can buy it and just hold onto it, knowing that its value is, historically speaking, more likely to go up than down over time.
