The commercial building market differs from the residential

The commercial real estate market includes any properties used for business purposes. This is a wide category that includes all kinds of facilities, from retail stores, office buildings, industrial parks, apartment blocks and more. Commercial real estate generally gives a higher return on investment than residential properties. At the same time, buying commercial buildings is in some ways more complex than buying residential real estate, and COVID-19 is disrupting the market to some extent, so it’s important to have an experienced commercial real estate broker on your team. A good one will help you through the entire process, from finding the right property to negotiating the deal, and may even end up saving you more money than they charge in fees.
