Joe focuses on developing complex projects involving large land transactions, public infrastructure funding, and attractive incentive programs that work for all involved including landowners, government officials and corporate clients.
Jeff has been active in commercial real estate with the Schueler Group of companies for nearly a decade. His previous 13 years in local and state government provides a unique background that helps him successfully complete sales.
Rob is a licensed Broker in the State of Ohio with a vast knowledge of the Greater Cincinnati commercial real estate market. His expertise in the fields of the retail, office, industrial, development and construction make him invaluable to the clients he serves. He has had great success serving some of the area’s largest corporations and small businesses as they achieve their real estate goals. His ability to locate and negotiate a deal to best serve his client is unparalleled. Rob has a degree in Sport Management with Minors in Business and Marketing from Mount St. Joseph University.
Brad has spent the majority of his career within The Schueler Group of Companies and joined our commercial real estate division in 2011. Brad is well known and highly respected throughout the industry, serving as president of the Ohio Board of Realtors and trustee of the Ohio Association of Realtors.
Jen Clonch represents Henkle Schueler and Associates in Northern Ohio. Jen previously worked with us as a sales agent from 2010 – 2013 before transferring to Northern Ohio with her family where she continued her real estate career.
Tom is a “hands on” manager with 20+ years of senior leadership experience in sales, marketing, and operational leadership with AT&T, Time Warner and Qwest. Tom is a linchpin in our seamless service and single point-of-contact approach.
Mark brings a background of client development and business management to the team with companies including Hilton and Intercontinental Hotels. Mark was the recipient of the Dayton Business Journal 40 under 40 Award (2001).
In 2019 Mark was honored by the Dayton Business Journal as part of the their Who's Who in Real Estate edition, he was also recognized by the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS as a Sales Leadership recipient for his 2019 sales performance! Over the past year Mark has completed deals in West Carrollton, Brookville, Troy, and Downtown Dayton, working with everyone from start-up businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
Mike Lovell has joined Henkle Schueler as a commercial sales agent. Prior to joining Henkle Schueler, Mike was a Lebanon Fire Fighter/EMT for seven years. He attended Mount Saint Joseph University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies. Mike played on the MSJ Football team where he was captain of the team two of his four years. He was named the Male Athlete of the Decade in 2009. Mike lives in Lebanon with his wife and son.
I have been in the real estate business for 40 years; and with Henkle Schueler since 1984. My family lives in Harveysburg, the Caesar Creek Lake area of Warren County. I have GRI and SHS designations, a member of City Gate Church of God, a Lebanon senior adult organization for past 15 years. We have seven children, 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Helping people have their own home is so rewarding! Dearly love working with senior adults, like myself, to make the right decisions about housing.

Lisa is a licensed commercial sales associate for the Northern Kentucky market. Lisa's professional experience and knowledge will spearhead the growth of the company's presence in the Kentucky region. She is a resident of Northern Kentucky and has personal investments in the Covington "opportunity zone". Lisa is a licensed CPA as well as a Realtor.
Sean Bradley is a licensed commercial real estate agent in Kentucky. Sean is an established sales leader with strong management and communication skills. He will be focused on expanding Schueler Group's reach into the Northern Kentucky market.
Sean earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kentucky. He lives in Burlington, KY with his wife and two children. He enjoys coaching youth sports, that include implementing solid life values with his players.
