Mark Langdon

Mark has spent his life building a background of client development, sales and financial and business management with companies including Hilton and Intercontinental Hotels. He served in the Ohio Army National Guard in his early years as a National Guard Unit Administrator, holding a top-secret clearance.

Mark was the recipient of the Dayton Business Journal’s 40 under 40 Award, honored by the Dayton Business Journal as part of their Who’s Who in Real Estate edition and he was also recognized by the Dayton Area Board of REALTORS as a Sales Leadership recipient for his sales performance!

In recent years, Mark has completed an array of deals throughout the Miami Valley, working with everyone from start-up businesses, large and small clients, developers to Fortune 500 companies. • Sold significant land for his client to General Motors to build a $1B manufacturing plant in Brookville, OH
• Obtained a desirable user for redeveloped land in West Carrollton, OH to build one of the largest indoor/outdoor sand volleyball facilities in the country.
• Assisted his client in finding a desirable restaurant user for his downtown building. (Grist)
• Assisted his client in taking over a low occupancy shopping center, running the occupancy up and concurrently selling the center at a higher basis.
• Found a buyer for his client’s 80k sf vacant office building far exceeding market comparables.
