Commercial General Contractors Wear Many Hats

Construction companies who deal in commercial and industrial builds have many moving parts to coordinate, daily as well as on the long term. A commercial contractor not only oversees subcontractors during the construction process, but is also deeply involved in the design and planning stages of the project, which includes working with the client, the real estate development firm, the engineers, architects, and more. You need a general contractor who specializes in build to suit commercial and industrial construction projects in your desired region, because they’ll understand potential obstacles and pitfalls of zoning, coding, and other pitfalls like supply line disruptions and inclement weather events.
