PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICE COORDINATOR
Job Description
The Property Management Service Coordinator will assist tenants with repair and maintenance issues, identify and resolve maintenance, materials, supplies issues. Inspect sites regularly, respond to complaints, and evaluate status and tenant needs. Report on activities, budgets, supplies, and planned projects. The Property Management Service Coordinator reports to the Facilities Manager.
Responsibilities
- Respond to tenant inquiries and repair requests.
- Coordinate maintenance repairs with Technicians.
- Manage relationships with applicable vendors.
- Process maintenance vendor invoices.
- Schedule monthly and annual safety inspections.
- Create bi-weekly meeting agendas for Property Management.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- 2+ years of experience in a related field.
- Technology Savvy; experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
