2016, A Year in Review and Looking Ahead to 2017

Schueler Group had a great year! Throughout 2016 Schueler Group added six new key personnel to their staff. Henkle Schueler and Associates facilite the largest land sale in Warren County history. Development has started and continued relationships with national retail chains that are allowing us to work in new and exciting markets across the country. Construction has completed three Tractor Supply stores in three different states, the Deerfield Township Service Building, Tailwaggers pet boarding and the CPS building altercation.

Our lead project this year was the LCNB Operations Center in Downtown Lebanon. The project is a great example of how we work seamlessly on a project using all three arms of the Schueler Group (Real Estate, Development and Construction). Josh Nimeskern (project manager) and Tom Hurd (project superintendent) have kept their team of subcontractors on course of this 48,000 SF Operations Center. The proposed occupancy is scheduled for March (2017).

We are excited as we look ahead to 2017. The construction company is progressing with work on a Dr. Pepper Snapple Group facilty in Beckley, WV and has multiple bids in excess of $20,000,000 on the street and pushing for approvals with a number of others “in the pipeline.” Development is continuing work with national chain stores that will expand the markets we work in across the US. Henkle Schueler has mutltiple pending commercial sales and several new commercial building and land listings.

We are excited to see where 2017 will take us, and looking forward to a thrilling year!
