Jeff Eichhorn, President of Henkle Schueler & Associates, has announced Danielle Chandler recently joined Henkle Schueler & Associates as a Commercial Sales Associate. Chandler will be involved in all aspects of commercial real estate sales and property management.
Chandler joins Henkle Schueler & Associates after working as a residential agent with Keller Williams and administrative role with the Schueler Group. She recently completed a lease and sale of 144 S. Main Street in Waynesville – a multi-tenant retail – restaurant – and office property in Waynesville, OH.
“We are excited to add Danielle to our team,” Eichhorn said. “She is successful in sales and has a can-do attitude with a commitment to customer service. We see her as a key player in the growth of our brokerage in southwestern Ohio.”
Chandler will focus on commercial property management and land sales of key parcels in Monroe and Batavia. Henkle Schueler manages nearly 900,000 square feet of commercial property in Southwestern Ohio and approximately 3000 acres of land in southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky.
