Lebanon Citizens National Bank (LCNB) has made the move to their new Corporate Operations Center. Schueler Group was able to complete this project on time and on budget, offering LCNB a single point of contact throughout the commercial property transaction, financing, land development, and commercial construction stages of this project. What our Integrated Real Estate Development Companies Do
This project permitted The Schueler Group of Companies to engage our total company from commercial brokerage to development to construction. Each part of this project was handled under one roof which allowed for a seamless transition and a smooth process for LCNB.
Henkle Schueler & Associates, our in-house commercial land brokerage firm, assembled 12 parcels of land to create the lot for the operations center to sit.
Bunnell Hill Development/Schueler Group were the project developers and handled the land development, design and financing options.
Bunnell Hill Construction, the commercial construction arm of Schueler Group, managed the construction of the facility.
Bunnell Hill Development also oversaw the design and approval of the new building from both the bank and the city.
The project from start to finish took about 12 months. With this new facility, LCNB is situated to best serve both their corporate interests and their customers as their business continues to grow.
