The South Afton Industrial Park has officially gained its second resident since the park began offering industrial properties for sale in 2016. Nestle Purina’s choice to plan a 550 million dollar project at the park on an 85 acre lot is a result of Clermont County’s attempts to attract more industrial and commercial manufacturers to the area by expanding its available acreage for commercial real estate. Nestle’s project alone will bring about 300 new jobs to the county and will mark the company’s new phase of building sustainable, renewable-energy based manufacturing sites. Schueler Group’s own Jeff Eichhorn was the listing agent on this important sale, continuing our tradition of aiding Southwest Ohio in reviving and expanding its local economies via selling and leasing commercial land to manufacturers who will expand commerce in these local communities.
