Schueler Group Adds to Executive Team

At a time when so many commercial real estate companies are struggling, Schueler Group has been lucky enough to keep up momentum on new projects, and even experience a bit of company expansion. Last month, Michael McDonald joined the accounting team at Bunnell Hill Development, our in-house land development company, as Development Accounting Manager. And this month, we added two new executive roles to our executive team. Robin Maddy has been promoted as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Schueler Group of Companies. Tony Giuffre has stepped into a new role as the Director of Development for Bunnell Hill Development.

Robin has been our Accounting Controller since 2017, taking on additional responsibilities in the last year. In this expanded role Robin will oversee all financial aspects of the Schueler Group of Companies. Robin has more than 20 years of experience in finance and operational oversight. She was Controller for Balanced Property Solutions, and president of Critical Mass Media, a division of iHeartMedia, the world’s largest radio broadcasting company. Robin is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and attended The Ohio State University.

 Tony Giuffre has been named Director of Development for Bunnell Hill Development, a new role created to ensure that all our land development services stay organized and the best they can be as Schueler Group continues to grow. In this new role, Tony will be working closely with development clients on site selection, land purchase, loan and land closing, construction updates, land development, and general contract budget processes. He will also actively search for and develop relationships with businesses and clients that are interested in pursuing new development. Tony has been the Accounting Manager for Bunnell Hill Development since 2019. Previously, Tony worked for North American Properties and Plattenburg and Associates. He graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Business Administration.
